Product Price

All prices shown on this website are in Hong Kong dollars. Product prices is subject to change during peak season (E.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, Lunar New Year,Mid-Autumn Festival, etc.). Please contact us if you have any inquiries. 


Product Care

Recipients would carry the responsibility to care for the product after delivery. Greenfingers would not be responsible for any issues caused by improper or lack of care.


How to Place an Order

1. Add to shopping cart your product of choice

2. Go to check out, select payment method and corresponding delivery fee

3. Enter all necessary information and delivery details

4. Submit order

 Payment method- we accept payment by credit card (via Stripe), PayMe or Bank Transfer


Order Confirmation

1.     After submission of the order, an order confirmation will be sent via email from the system with complete order details. After payment has been successfully processed, a payment notification will be sent via email as well. These emails are system auto-generated. 

2.     Our sales team would send you an email as a final confirmation after payment and order details are received and confirmed from our side. If you do not receive our final confirmation email within 1 working day after your payment. 3.     For urgent same-day delivery, please contact us directly at +852 2827 8280 or Whatsapp +852 5540 9959. We are not responsible for any delivery delays or losses caused by delayed final confirmation. 


Order Cancellation

Order cannot be cancelled after order procedures are completed. All payments are non-refundable. 


Product Replacement

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery by Whatsapp+852 5540 9959 or email to Kindly provide us the photos with order number for easy tracking. We are not responsible for any issues caused by improper or lack of care.


Order amendment 

If any amendment is needed after order is placed and confirmed, please contact us immediately. All changes must be confirmed by our sales team and may incur extra charges. Order amendment might not be possible If your order has been processed and proceeded.
