Delivery service is available for confirmed orders and must be fully paid before delivery.

Urgent Same Day Delivery
Please contact us directly by phone at +852 2827 8280 or Whatsapp +852 5540 9959 for urgent orders. Custom order will depend on the availability of in-store cut flower or materials. A higher delivery charge may apply due to limited processing time.

Additional Delivery Charges for Stairs/long walking distance
An additional charge for stairs and long walking distance may apply to places such as delivery to village houses, old buildings without lifts, lift that is not usable, far loading area from the delivery address or any places that require extended walking. The standard charge per floor, per item is HK$100. As extra manpower and a special delivery schedule may need to be arranged, please contact us in advance before placing the order.
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above OR Black Rainstorm Signal
Delivery service will be suspended when the captioned signal is hoisted. Delivery will resume within 3 hours after the signal is cancelled or lowered. New delivery time or date will be confirmed prior to delivery. Order is non-refundable or exchangeable for weather delay.
Recipient Contact
Kindly make sure all contact information provided is correct in case of security checking at recipient’s address or other handling issues.
Additional charges for Re-delivery
For any reasons are-delivery needs to be arranged, an additional charge of HK$100 or above may apply depending on the delivery location (please refer to delivery charges above). Other delivery charges may also apply. All re-delivery schedule is subject to the delivery schedule of the day.
Recipient not Reachable or Refusal
If the recipient is not reachable, we may leave the order at the gate/reception at the given recipient’s address without prior notice and treat it as completed delivery.
If the recipient refuses the order (due to incorrect address or any reasons), you will be contacted for re-delivery arrangement.
We would not be responsible for the decline in quality of the product and the delays of re-delivery due to insufficient/ incorrect details provided. While orders may need to be replaced/remade prior to re-delivery to ensure the freshness and quality of the order,you will be notified of the need of replacement and will be offered a 50% off for this new replacement order. If, however, you do not wish to re-deliver your order, you may pick up your order in store during shop hours. Order is not refundable.
Delivery to Recipient in Person
Delivery to recipient in person might not be available sometimes at locations such as Hospitals,Universities, some organisations/companies or the areas with high security restrictions. For such orders, your order will be delivered to the gate or reception at the recipient’s address provided without prior notice. After delivery, please ensure your order is received by the recipient. We may call the recipient in advance to smoothen the delivery in person.
